    Very good article and much appreciated. There are still many leaders who neither want nor demand feedback in any form. In fact, many consider feedback to simply be negative criticism of little or no value. On the other hand, feedback is important. I certainly like your reference to the Johari window technique. Thanks for posting. I also write on leadership issues, with an emphasis on “senior executive” leaders. Have a great new year.
